Personal Training- Working individually with a personal trainer is a great way to help you reach your fitness goals. Your workout is tailored to meet your specific goals, and your trainer will be there to motivate you every step of the way!
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING For groups of 3 or more....get great results from working with a personal trainer to reach your goals or get ready for that special occasion or event and save $$$ too! 10package hour sessions....can meet 1,2 or 3 times per week...when your group is available. 3 people-$225 each 4 people -$175 each 5 people-$150 each IFP- Individualized Fitness Plan If you are self-motivated, have a basic understanding of how to use the equipment in the gym, and would like a fitness plan that is tailored to meet your specific goals, then IFP is for you. Meet with a personal trainer to determine your needs and develop a routine for you to follow. Meet again at 4 weeks, then at 8 weeks to assess your progress and adjust the workout as needed. Total plan = 12 weeks. Initial meeting 60 min. Additional meetings 20 min. each Cost = $100 Circuit Training All members can sign up for FREE to be taken through a 12 machine circuit workout for a total body strength workout. Our trained staff members will show you how to use the equipment for a safe and effective workout. You can do this 3 times at no charge. All we ask is that you make an appointment to assure that someone is available to assist you. Also, if you ever have a question about how to use any of the equipment, someone is always there to help you! |
