FIT FOR LIFE FITNESS CENTER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS LITE MOVES-A Low-Impact aerobics class perfect for the beginning exerciser or those looking for a more moderate workout. The moves are fun but not too fancy so everyone can do them! Spend the first half hour working up a sweat w/ fun cardio moves then finish off with sculpting and toning using dumbbells and tubes. (60 min) BELLIES, BUNS & THIGHS-This class is guaranteed to sculpt, shape and strengthen your legs, butt and core! Using dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls and tubes, strength training is the best way to shape your body and increase your metabolism to burn more calories. So if thinner thighs, rounder butts and flatter bellies is what you're after, this is the class for you! Class finishes with a relaxing cool down and stretch. (Can be modified for all exercise levels----60min) ABSolutely BUNtastic!-This 30 minute class is totally focused on your ABS and Buns! A great way to shape them up in only 30 min! YOGA-This 5,000 year old health and fitness discipline offers many health benefits including stress reduction, emotional wellness, improved strength, flexibility, balance, and postural alignment. Yoga incorporates the mind/body/spirit connection. In this class you will learn yoga postures that will exercise every part of the body. (60 min.) (Yoga mat required) INDOOR CYCLING- Whether your riding down the beach, scaling the mountain, or sprinting to the finish line, this intense class is guaranteed to leave you drenched with sweat! Come challenge yourself to a ride...guaranteed for maximum calorie burn! (45 min. ) ******(water bottle and towel required-Resevations for bikes taken starting at 8am the day before class.) *****NEW CYCLERS ENCOURAGED TO TAKE 1 LITE RIDE CLASS BEFORE THIS CLASS. LITE RIDE- Correct riding form and technique as well as how to properly adjust your bike are demonstrated in this cycling class. This ride will take you through all 4 ZONES and is perfect for the beginner or those looking for a modified ride. ( Water bottle and towel required-call to reserve your bike) Ride Time=40 min.**WE RECOMMEND THIS CLASS BEFORE TAKING INDOOR CYCLING. PILATES CORE FUSION-This popular class will take your core workout to the next level! Pliates inspired moves that will target those core muscles for a great workout!
CARDIO EXPRESS- After a 7 minute warm-up it's an INTENSE 15 minutes of Hi/Lo Aerobics followed by 15 Kick Butt minutes of Cardio Kickbox! Finish w/ 7 minute Cool Down and Stretch for an awesome express cardio workout! (45 min)
ALL BALL Total Body Workout-Use the stability balls, medicine balls, and BOSU balls in this 60 minute workout that includes Cardio and Strength training for your whole body!
